PACKING LIST
Just a reminder of our “no breasts, butts or bellies showing” policy. Torsos should be covered when not swimming or rowing on the water. Shorts should provide appropriate coverage.
Bedding: sheets (regular twin), warm blankets or sleeping bag and pillow
Towel(s) for bathing and swimming
Shoes/Sneakers (closed toed shoes required for core/strength sessions and on ergs)
Socks (must be worn in boats)
Water bottle sock—please cover water bottle with a sock while in boats to minimize scratching
Workout clothing (short & long spandex, short and long sleeve tops)
Clothing appropriate for variable temperatures
Sun protection (sun-block, brimmed hat, UV longsleeve shirt)
Rain gear
Swim suit
Personal hygiene items
Shower Caddie
Flashlight
Sturdy shoes for hiking
Bug spray
** There is no need to bring a fan.
